2007 Conforming loan limits remains unchanged at $417,000
The maximum conforming loan limit for single-family mortgages purchased by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will remain at $417,000 for most of the U.S. For mortgages on two-family properties, the loan limit will continue to be $533,850, according to a Freddie Mac news release.
