Another story on mortgage fraud with a link to church
There have been lost of story’s of mortgage fraud in the heartland recently, not exactly where I would think is a hot bed of mortgage fraud activity. Today there are two story’s where the convicted, or alleged thief met their victim’s at church. Another place I would not think is a hot bed of mortgage fraud activity. I’m thinking that fraud might break atleast one or maybe more than one of the ten commandments.
Here is a link to the story about Israel Pena, a Youth Pastor at a New York Church who was sentenced to 46 months and ordered to pay $460,000 in restitution as a result of his conviction on three counts of conspiracy, bank fraud, and mail fraud.
