A rare postive story on Identity Theft

I saw the title of this story “U.S. identity theft losses fall: study” and just had to read it.  It does quote some nice impressive stats on decline in U.S. identity theft, but I caution that it is the only story I’ve found with that point of view.  Take it with a grain of salt, and remember the stats on identity theft are all over the board.
