Give us your social security number or you are going to jail!
In the latest plot to scam consumers out of their identity’s, scammers are claiming to be court officials calling individuals and telling them that they did not show up for jury duty and an arrest warrent has been issued for them. They ask the individual for their social security number and date of birth to verify the information and cancel the warrant. It works, who is in their right mind after being told there is an arrest warrant issued for them.
