Troubled mortgage firm seeks to liquidate assets

Mortgage Lenders Network USA is seeking permission in bankruptcy court to liquidate some of its assets.  The filing requesting permission states that the funding company has agreed to provide cash to keep MLN operating, but wants to halt leases and other contracts, along with selling machinery and office equipment.
