Two Out of Three Identity Theft Victims Are Over Age 40…

Digg!

According to this story on EarthTimes.org, two of three identity theft victims are over age 40, based on an analysis of over 11,000 verified cases of identity theft.

According to the article, Anne Wallace, Identity Theft Assistance Center executive director is quoted as saying” Older consumers have a larger “identity footprint”, both online and offline, through transactions and the accumulation of goods, products and services.” Sure makes a lot of sense.
