A simple one page thing that I could total what a house needed, and what to offer on that house based on the work needed. It sure beat working on the back of a napkin, but today there are far greater tools, and I found one such real estate investment sogtware program while searching the web.
Designed just for Flipper’s and Rehabber’s, the software will let you know if you should buy, sell, or just keep looking as their line goes. It is designed by a CPA, it will help you to analyze a whole lot more than my simple sheet, things like cash flow, schedule work, create budgets, and much more. Great looking reports that can be printed or saved as PDF’s. This is the best real estate finance software I’ve ever seen.
