I was talking with a friend once who is also in real estate and we joked, there are 5 Million ways to make money in real estate and 6 Million ways to lose it. You might chose to flip houses, you might rent, build, sell, invest in raw land, you name it. But you need education.
Most people get that from the school of hard knocks, and I think that is an excellent school to go to for real estate. There are more graduates from there than any other real estate school. You can also listen to them countless gurus. “I bought a million dollars of real estate and so can you”. “No money down” But for me to tell you my secrets, I want you to buy them from me for $1997, just a small amount of what you will make. Yeah, okay, thanks, but I’ll keep my $1997.

No one has this snazzy a web site without making some money. Check them out, see what you can pick up for free. Then go to the school of hard knocks. Roll your selves up, and go try and do a deal. Experience is only thing that will make sure you are not one of the 6 Million ways to lose money.
