Vacation Rental Site
Found a cool site today for vacation rentals. They are not your normal booking service site, rather they have postings from property owners and you book directly with the owners, no middleman. Seems like a good idea. I always like dealing with the source if I can.
With 2 young kids at home, I had to go check out the Disney area rentals. Loads of great Florida vacation homes. You can see pictures, read descriptions, all the usual stuff. There are links to the owner, via email, phone, and website. You will also find links to other properties owned by that same person, a nice touch. Check out the “Disney Retreat”3 bedroom Orlando area home. I like the pictures, features and rental prices on that one.
The site also has a nice feature that I bet is there to drive property owners to the site and add value for them. Free listings for resort and vacation real estate that is for sale. While I could not find any listed, I still think it is a cool free feature at the site. Hopefully more people will take advantage of the free listings.
