Looking at the mortgage rates on a quick search of CT. home, purchase, $200,000 loan amount, and points of 0-0.5 found the search with some “interesting” results. There were the usual Pinocchio rates at the top of the results. Mortgage Rates you couldn’t get if your dad was Bill Gates. But also the results were not limited to 0-0.5 point rates. I would leave that feature off if it was my decision since it doesn’t work. But hey, not my show.
