ANB Financial Closed By Federal Regulators

Digg!

Federal regulators says they’ve closed ANB Financial National Association banks after discovering “unsafe and unsound” business practices there.  They are the third bank with FDIC insurance to close this year.  Douglass National Bank, and Hume Bank both of Missouri were the other banks to fail.

All of the branches will open Monday May 12 as Pulaski Bank and Trust Co. branches.  Pulaski will assume all of the bank customers accounts.   Their web site is Pulaski Bank, yet nothing is posted on the site about the take over yet.  Pulaski for years has made a name for themselves offering great deals on credit cards.
