Buy one get one free…. Not beers, or burgers, but a house
Checking out one of my favorite sites (Blown Mortgage) today I stumbled upon a great story. Buy one, get one free, and they were talking houses, not beers, burgers, sneakers, or shorts. Apparently in California they are having a hard time selling houses. In Stockton 3 of 4 houses are foreclosures or bank owned! Buy one get one free sure beats the free flat screen TV’s you might find here in Connecticut, or the granite upgrade if you buy the builders home.
