Wilshire Credit REO Property
Wilshire Credit Corporation is a nationwide servicer of residential mortgages, and they have foreclosed
properties for sale. If you are in the market to purchase a foreclosed property as an investment, or to live in you should check out their site and search for a property.
Wilshire Credit REO Property search. I like the search interface for the most part. Search by state, and in a little window to the side shows the cities where they own properties and how many. Click the towns you want to see and click “Search”. The site opens a pop-up with your selections in it. I’m not a fan of pop-ups but it does give you the information you want, make sure to either allow each window, or allow the site to open windows so you can see what you want.
