What a bargain, $10.4M for a foreclosure!
Not sure but I bet that there might not be that many home buyers there are out there with 10.4 million available to bid on an auction, let alone a home with an eclectic interior… Just saying, maybe a lower opening bid might have provided a better chance of finding a bidder.
